Heather recently moved to Toronto from Calgary, Alberta. Before the big move, Heather worked in the environmental consulting industry in oil and gas reclamation and remediation, traveling to exotic destinations such as Fox Creek, Oyen, and even Drayton Valley. In her student days, Heather studied Environmental Science at the University of Calgary and hiked a lot of mountains on weekends. This sparked a passion for environmental sustainability, an interest in making a positive difference in the world, and the need for good day job. In her spare time, Heather plays competitive ultimate frisbee, enjoys outdoor adventures and likes to blog about both. She is excited to help green the web as a Greenscroll volunteer.
